After the unrest that happened in 2020 during the pandemic, the Metro Board decided to start a committee that has and will continue to work with key personnel within Metro to have better strategies to deal with the systemic issues that have plagued the agency as a whole.
The group is a group of 18 people who have been nominated through an application process, three staff, 3 alternate members and 15 voting members. Here is a link to the full Public safety advisory committee web site which will explain what its all about.
The group meets once a month at Metro Headquarters in the Metro board Room. The meeting is at 6 PM on the first Thursday of each month. Meetings are subject to change.
If you are comfortable with Dropbox, They do have a dropbox folder which includes their agendas, minutes and a video of the meetings.

PDF and UEB and EBAE braille are available. The agenda is simplified, giving you basic info on how to get to the meeting, how to join and the agenda. The PDF has the entire thing but braille is modified.
